Hacker Dengan Kode nama : Lyonc Levia, dan Yukinoshita47 dari tim Garuda Security Hacker ikut meramaikan khasanah dunia defacer, dengan melakukan pentest terhadap website resmi, blitarkota.go.id dan blitar.go.id
